Issue Description: Users’ Microsoft Intune devices may be unable to retrieve Intune Management Agent scripts from the service.

More info: Additionally, some admins may be unable to load the Intune Admin console ‘Scripts and Remediations’ blade and get a “Request policy is null” error.

Final Update: 22/05/2026 12:00:00 – Microsoft has confirmed a misconfigured authentication component is resulting in the impact, and they are manually correcting the misconfiguration to remediate the impact.

Scope of impact: Some users and admins in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa attempting to retrieve Intune Management Agent scripts from the service on Microsoft Intune devices or load the Intune Admin console ‘Scripts and Remediations’ blade may be impacted.

Root cause: A misconfigured authentication component is resulting in the impact.
