Issue Description: Some users aren’t always receiving custom admin notifications when using Microsoft Intune-managed Entra ID devices

More info: Some notifications to noncompliant Android devices are failing. This also affects some remote device action notifications as well.

Final Status: 24/12/2025 09:00:00 AM – After extensive monitoring of the service, Microsoft have verified that the applied fix has successfully remediated the problem in full.
