Issue Description: Some Europe users may not be able to analyze Excel files with Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) using the Analyst agent

More info: Impact appears limited to .xlsx files. Affected users are encountering the following error:

‘File Access Status:Failed’

Final Update: 13/11/2025 09:35:00 AM After service monitoring verified that Microsoft implemented fix successfully alleviated pressure for the impacted endpoint, they’ve confirmed that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Some users in Europe may not be able to analyze Excel files with Copilot using the Analyst agent. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A spike in requests to a specific endpoint utilized by the Analyst agent is resulting in traffic to the endpoint being inhibited.
