Issue Description: Some users may be unable to load Microsoft Viva Insights.
More info: Affected users saw a “Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact your administrator” error message.
Final Update: 03/04/2026 9:23:00 AM– Microsoft’s investigation determined that in addition to the traffic optimizations, a reversion of an older build version was necessary to restore service. After a period of monitoring, they confirmed impact is remediated.
Root cause: An upstream configuration service on which our service was dependent was performing below acceptable thresholds, resulting in the impact.
Next steps: To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further working with the upstream service to understand the performance issues and what fail safes can be implemented.
