Issue Description: Some users may not receive Microsoft Copilot Chat responses or experience latency using GPT 5.2 Quick response.

Final Update: 26/01/2026 08:58:00 AM – A recent deployment introduced a request routing misconfiguration for Copilot Chat response traffic, resulting in impact. Microsoft has corrected the configuration while their automated recovery system directed affected traffic to infrastructure where the request routing configuration wasn’t impacted to remediate impact. They confirmed that service was restored by these actions after monitoring the environment.
