Issue Description: Users may not be able to download Microsoft 365 desktop apps from the Microsoft 365 homepage.

Final Update: 05/12/2025 08:13:00 AM – Microsoft have validated the fix in their internal testing environment and successfully deployed it across the affected infrastructure. After monitoring the service, they have confirmed that download functionality for Microsoft 365 desktop apps has been restored and the issue is fully remediated.
