Issue Description: Some users intermittently may not be receiving push notifications for Outlook mobile on iOS and Android.

Final Update: 04/06/2025 08:40:00 AM – Microsoft have determined after further analysis that the issue affects fewer users than previously understood. They’re reducing the scope of updates for this issue to exclude users that wouldn’t have seen impact. Users that are still potentially affected by this issue will receive continued updates under EX1087647.
