Issue Description: Users may experience several-hour delays in receiving approval email from Microsoft Power Automate.

Current Update:17/04/2025 09:06:00 AM Microsoft have completed reverting the offending change, and after monitoring the service, they have verified that this action has successfully remediated the problem.

Scope of impact: All users may have experienced several-hour delays in receiving approval email from Microsoft Power Automate.

Root cause: A recent change intended to update email templates in Microsoft Power Automate contained an issue that resulted in impact.
