Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Users may be unable to view email content when opening PDF attachments in shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web.

More info: Users see the following error message when attempting to open PDF attachments in Outlook on the web, “Your message can”t be displayed right now.”

Users can open PDF attachments in other Exchange Online clients to avoid the issue.

Current Update: 27/03/2025 10:34:00 AM – Microsoft are continuing to work with some affected users to determine whether an already developed fix can address this problem and fully resolve impact.

Scope of impact: Any user trying to open PDF attachments in any shared mailbox in Outlook on the web may be impacted.
