Issue Description: We aware of an intermittent issue where some user may be getting stuck in a MFA loop when re-enrolling.
Current Update: 26/03/2025 11:45:00 AM – Investigations continue with Microsoft. Microsoft and Accenture are continuing to work collaboratively regarding the issue and are reviewing all options regarding methods to identify the root cause.
