Issue Description: Users’ Outlook on the web language settings may incorrectly revert to English.

Final Update: 18/03/2025 08:58:00 AM – Microsoft have determined that this issue is a duplicate of another event. Please look for further updates in EX1015106.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user with a non-English language configured in their Outlook on the web language settings.

Root cause: A recent change intended to move duplicate detection services to a new interface incorrectly merged properties for two language settings into one, resulting in impact.
