Issue Description: We aware of an issue where some Local Administrators may see an error while creating users or updating policies.

Final Update: 14/03/2025 17:00:00 PM – The issue has been fully resolved and was due to licence provisioning on the platform. We have taken steps with NHS England to ensure that this does not happen again. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
