Issue Description: We aware of an intermittent issue when attempting to open attachments in OWA Shared Mailboxes. Affected users experience difficulties accessing attachments, leading to errors or timeouts.

Current Update: 04/03/2025 09:41:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that the saturation of the fix completed and validated with internal testing that the impact is remediated.
