Information – NHSmail Intune – Admins may be unable to access Intune

Issue Status: RESOLVED

A full bulletin has not yet been issued by Microsoft, but all UK Azure regions (including Intune) may be currently affected by Azure network issues.

NHSmail User impact: The Service degradation has now been resolved

NHSmail Local Admins: LAs may have been unable to access the Intune portal and possibly other Microsoft portal services.

Device Management: We are not aware of any impact to device management functions at this time, but will add any further information with any impact assessed.

More info: Due to a service degradation with Microsoft Azure and M365 services, some Admins may have been unable to access the Intune portal.

The Service degradation has now been resolved.
