Issue Description: Users are experiencing intermittent failures when playing apps with connections

Final Update: 28/08/2025 08:41:00 AM Following additional investigation, Microsoft have identified that a recent configuration change was applied to the traffic management infrastructure utilized for creating connections in Europe. They have removed the affected infrastructure from rotation and routed traffic to redundant, healthy infrastructure. Following this, they confirmed via service diagnostic analysis that connection creations were succeeding and that impact was remediated.

Preliminary Root Cause: A network failure occurred during communication with Azure API Management, which resulted in impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
