Issue Description: Users may be unable to access OneDrive through the app launcher.
More info: Users have reported that they can bypass the issue by accessing OneDrive content via direct link.
Current Update: 05/05/2025 09:26:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed with a subset of affected users that the issue has been resolved following our reversion of the offending change.
Scope of impact: Some users may be unable to access OneDrive through the app launcher.
Root cause: A recent routine update to a portion of the Microsoft 365 navigation service introduced an issue that causes inconsistent user provisioning detection, resulting in affected users being incorrectly redirected to a fallback page.
Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their routine update procedures so they can better identify similar issues during their testing and development cycles and avoid comparable impact in the future.
