Issue Description: Some Users may have been unable to send audio transmissions via the Walkie Talkie application.

More info: Users may see their auto recorded Microsoft Teams meetings spoken languages set incorrectly.

Final Update: 19/07/2024 08:52:00 AM – Microsoft have redirected user traffic to alternate infrastructure and confirmed via telemetry that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent standard service update inadvertently contained a code regression, which was resulting in a subsection of service infrastructure that facilitates audio transmissions via the Walkie Talkie application, to perform below acceptable performance thresholds.

Next Steps : Microsoft are viewing their standard service update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
