Issue Description: Users experience a looping reconnection disruption in Microsoft Teams 1:1 calls initiated by Firefox browser users.

More info: The issue doesn’t affect users in group calls, meetings, or Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calling.

Final Update: 25/11/2024 09:05:00 AM – Microsoft have successfully completed the deployment of the fix, which they’ve confirmed with some affected users that impact has been fully remediated.

Root cause: A code incompatibility between our code and Firefox’s is resulting in impact.
