Issue Description: Admins may be unable to retrieve a list of call records when using List Call Records API.

Final Update: 26/09/2024 08:40:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that their targeted fix to correct the offending change has fully saturated the affected environment and remediated the issue.

Scope of impact : Any admins who are serviced by the affected infrastructure may be unable to retrieve a list of call records when using List Call Records API.

Root Cause: A standard service update made to a portion of infrastructure that supports the List Call Records API is resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update processes so they can better identify similar issues during their testing and development cycles and avoid comparable impact in the future.
