Issue Description: Users experienced longer than expected run durations for Power Automate flows.
More info: Flow run times may have been extended by 15 to 90 seconds.
Final Update: 25/06/2025 08:59:00 AM – After analyzing Microsoft Power Automate service diagnostic data, they suspended multiple flows that were overwhelming service infrastructure and leading to traffic throttling within a portion of the regional storage infrastructure supporting flow runtime in Microsoft Power Automate. After a period of monitoring service health via telemetry, they have verified their mitigation actions were successful and impact is resolved.

Root cause: A spike in run durations for Microsoft Power Automate flows resulted in high resource utilization within a portion of the regional storage infrastructure supporting flow runtime in Microsoft Power Automate.
Next steps: Microsoft are continuing to investigate and analyze why the offending Power Automate flows resulted in a substantial spike in resource utilization.
