Issue Description: Flow runs that utilize Teams functionality are intermittently failing.

More info: Users may experience intermittent failures with Teams functionality in the following scenarios:

• Flow designer
• Post Message to Chat or Channel
• Post Adaptive Card to Chat or Channel

Final Update: 05/06/2025 08:49:00 AM – Upon further investigation, Microsoft identified that a code regression was introduced in a recent configuration change designed to update authentication call processing for Teams. They reverted the affecting change and confirmed via service health diagnostics that functionality has been restored.

Next update by: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
