Issue Description: Users’ with network proxies may be unable to check in devices within Microsoft Intune.
Final Update: 14/08/2024 09:09:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix has successfully been deployed and impact has been remediated. Users’ may need to manually sync their devices to get the latest update.
Scope of impact: Users’ serviced by the affected portions of infrastructure attempting to check in new Windows devices in Microsoft Intune while using network proxies may have been impacted.
Root cause: A recent framework change introduced a compatibility issue resulting in impact to some users attempting to check in new Windows devices.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing the affected infrastructure to identify changes that can be made in their review processes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
