Issue Description: Users may be unable to enable or disable the Events from email feature within Outlook on the web.

Final Update: 09/07/2024 08:40:00 AM – Microsoft determined that their configuration changes are applied to all impacted infrastructure and validated with affected users that this issue is resolved.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this event, and admins can’t utilize the eDiscovery (Premium) custodian API.

Root cause: A change of the SDK version conflicts with the Events in Outlook on the web, resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their validation and update procedures to detect and prevent issues like this prior to deployment in the future.
