Final Update: 09/12/2024 09:15:00 AM – Microsoft’s investigation has been inconclusive in determining any issue occurring within the Microsoft managed environment that may be contributing to the impact. They are awaiting additional information from their organization pertaining to network settings and configurations from within their managed environment to continue their investigation. Please contact support once the requested information has been collected, and they will resume our analysis of the issue.
