Final Update: 29/04/2025 14:52:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed after monitoring the telemetry for a period of time that impact has been fully remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure attempting to search.

Root cause: Components of infrastructure, responsible for processing users search requests, are performing below acceptable performance thresholds and causing impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected infrastructure to help prevent this problem from happening again.
