Issue Description: Some users may be unable to access the events from email page in Exchange Online via multiple connection methods.

More info: Impacted connection methods include, but aren’t limited to:

– Outlook on the web
– Outlook desktop client

Final Update: 19/08/2024 11:18:00 AM – Microsoft have received confirmation from affected users” representatives that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure, who were attempting to access the events from email page in Exchange Online.

Root cause: A recent standard infrastructure migration, intended to update general service features, introduced an impacting code regression.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their upcoming scheduled infrastructure migrations for similar issues, to reduce or avoid reoccurrence of alike impact.
