Issue Description: Users may be unable to access calendar details in Exchange Online for meeting room devices.

Final Update: 02/05/2025 08:40:00 AM – After a period of monitoring error rates associated with impact, Microsoft have validated that the rollback of the offending configuration issue has remediated impact and users can access calendar details in Exchange Online for meeting room devices.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access calendar details in Exchange Online for meeting room devices may be impacted.

Root cause: A configuration issue introduced in a recent service update is causing impact to occur.

Next update by: Microsoft are evaluating and analyzing further the offending configuration change to better understand why potential impact wasn’t caught during the update testing and validation phase. This will help to ensure similar impact does not occur in future and to continue their ongoing efforts to improve the resiliency of our service for all Exchange Online users.
