Issue Description: iOS and Android mobile app users may be unable to access OneDrive for Business content.
Final Update: 12/02/2024 09:05:00 AM – Microsoft received confirmation from some users that the impact is remediated. They have also monitored telemetry and confirmed reverting the deployment resolved the issue.
Scope of impact: Some iOS and Android mobile app users may have been impacted.
Root cause: A recent deployment contained configuration change issues, which caused the impact.
Next steps: To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are investigating the underlying cause of the configuration change issues and how they can improve their validation procedures to catch such issues before deployment.
