Final Update: 12/01/2024 10:24:00 AM – Microsoft’s investigation determined that the Microsoft service was healthy. A local third-party ISP was having issues with traffic routing components, resulting in impact. They have monitored their telemetry and confirmed that service traffic is now reaching the Microsoft infrastructure as expected and the issue is resolved.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to a subset of users who are accessing the service from Germany and surrounding areas.
