Issue Description: Some users see a black screen when a user shares their screen during a Microsoft Teams meeting.

More Info : This issue only occurs when viewing the screenshare on the desktop client. Users who have access to the web app of Microsoft Teams may utilize it to view the screenshare.

Final Update: 06/11/2023 08:48:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed via telemetry that their fix has fully saturated, and they have verified with some affected users that this is resolved.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted, and some users on the Microsoft Teams desktop client see a black screen when a user shares their screen during a meeting.

Root cause: A recent change to update performance operations is resulting in a code regression to native rendering in the Microsoft Teams desktop client.
