Issue Description : Users’ email messages may not be marked as replied to or forwarded in Outlook on the web.
More Info : Impact is specific to Outlook on the web. Without the correct marking, users are unable to easily determine in Outlook on the web if an email message has been replied to or forwarded. The Outlook desktop client and Outlook mobile are correctly displaying icons indicating that an email has been replied to or forwarded.
Final Update : 03/08/2023 13:11:00 PM – Microsoft confirmed that the fix has completed saturating the remaining impacted environment, and validated with internal testing that impact is remediated.
Scope of impact : Impact is specific to Outlook on the web users who have replied to or forwarded a message.
