User impact : Enrolled device may not pull though configurations or appear in the Intune portal

Final Update : 24/05/2023 13:55:00 PM – Microsoft are investigating a degradation with dynamic groups not pulling devices though. Devices are added to Dynamic Groups to apply the correct scope tag. Currently, this is not working so devices will not appear visible to LAs.

It also means any configurations or policies will not apply to the phone after enrolment.

The device will enrol to Intune, but the scope tag will only appear on the device, once the dynamic group pulls the device though.

Note: We are working with Microsoft to understand whether any devices currently enrolled and not currently visible will pull though the configurations and policies when the dynamic group begins to perform as expected.
