Final Update : 01/05/2023 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that the fix deployment has completed and their telemetry indicates that the impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact : This issue affects any user loading the “see all” option within the web part to view hub sites.

Root cause : A recent service update intended to resolve an unrelated issue contains a code error, causing the API that fetches hub sites to intermittently fail and resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their service update development and testing procedures to find ways of preventing this issue from reoccurring.
