Issue Description : Users may see a degraded experience within Power Apps.

Final Update : 07/09/2022 13:47:00 PM – The failover has completed. Microsoft has confirmed via telemetry that service health to app management and Power Apps operations has been restored.

Root cause : A dependent database infrastructure was experiencing connectivity issues.

Next Steps : Microsoft is reviewing their code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar issues in the future
