Issue Description : Admins may be unable to view files in eDiscovery (Premium) review sets and see an error.

More info : Admins may see an error that reads, “Sorry! File not supported. You can download the file, and process it offline.”

Scope of impact : This issue may affect any admin attempting to view files in eDiscovery (Premium) review sets.

Final Update : 02/09/2022 08:48:00 AM – Microsoft has confirmed with some affected users and via system telemetry that impact is remediated.

Root cause : A recent maintenance change to service endpoints wasn’t reflected properly within dependent services, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing the recent maintenance change to determine how impact began, which will allow them to prevent similar impact in the future.
