Issue Description : Users may experience intermittent issues loading the My Apps portal to view or access their apps.
More info : Users who were already logged in using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and also had deep links to apps, may have had success accessing apps.
Scope of Impact : Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to access or view their apps through the My Apps portal may be impacted.
Final Update : 11/04/2022 01:07:00 PM – Microsoft identified that a recently scheduled service update as part of routine maintenance had inadvertently restricted capacity on the affected infrastructure, they have optimized the environment to handle requests more efficiently, and have confirmed by monitoring service telemetry that the impact has been resolved.
Root cause : A recent service update, part of scheduled routine maintenance, was inadvertently restricting capacity on the affected infrastructure and causing impact.
Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
