Rescheduled Change – Retirement of legacy hostnames – 09 November 2021

Please note the planned retirement of legacy POP/IMAP hostnames (originally scheduled for 02 November 2021) has been rescheduled for 09 November 2021.

As a reminder, the hostnames being retired are:

pop.nhs.net
imap.nhs.net

In advance of the change, any applications or mail accounts still configured to use either of the above legacy hostname URLs must be updated to use outlook.office365.com for POP & IMAP protocols.

It is recommended that users contact their Local Administrator for troubleshooting assistance in the first instance.
