Issue Description: Users’ Microsoft Teams calls are dropping when received or placed to some Android 11 devices.

More info: Users cannot place outbound calls from impacted Android 11 devices, and inbound calls are dropping after five to ten seconds.

Scope of impact: This issue affects some Android 11 device users.

Final Update – 09/11/2021 07:28:00 AM: Microsoft confirmed that the update deployment is complete. Affected users will need to update their devices to the latest build via the Google Play store to receive the fix and resolve this issue.
