Issue Description: Users can’t see chat messages in the Microsoft Teams desktop client.
More info: To bypass the impact, affected users can use the Microsoft Teams web app, mobile app, or sign out and back in to the desktop client.
Scope of impact: This issue may affect some users attempting to view chat messages in the Microsoft Teams desktop client
Final Update – 23/09/2021 11:59:00 AM: Microsoft has developed and deployed a fix to remediate the impact with chat messages and slowness when switching chat windows. They have advised that any user sign out and restart their clients to ensure they have the latest version of Microsoft Teams. Please contact support with telemetry data for Microsoft to review if you are continuing to experiences issues, and Microsoft will resume their analysis of the issue.
