Scope of impact: Users your organization was affected by this event and this issue may have affected all users of Microsoft Defender Antivirus versions 1.343.1381 through 1.343.1494.

Final Update – 23/07/2021 09:24:00 AM: A recent update to the Microsoft Defender for Endpoint service resulted in an issue where the Defender anti-virus was mistakenly reporting a singular SVG, which was incorrectly identified in the Microsoft logo. Microsoft have completed deployment of the fix, and users utilizing automatic updates will see mitigation after updating. Users managing updates should select the new detection build to mitigate impact.
