Issue Description: Users are experiencing search delays of up to 10 seconds within the Exchange Online service.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 30/07/2021 02:16:00 PM: Microsoft has confirmed via telemetry that rolling back the migration of traffic to its original infrastructure has mitigated impact.
