Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue wherein some users may experience issues with audio and video quality within Microsoft Teams meetings.
Live events may have also been impacted by this event.

Scope of impact: This issue affected users based in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Current Update – 29/04/2021 12:48:00 PM: Network connectivity issues on a section of service components which facilitate audio and video meeting functionality resulted in impact. System telemetry indicates that the issue has recovered and Microsoft have monitored the service for an extended period of time to confirm resolution. Service has been restored to normal.
