During the software upgrade, users may be unable to authenticate via the Large File Transfer Service (LFTS). Users that have already authenticated to the Egress/Knowbe4 Large File Transfer Service prior to the upgrade, will be able to utilise the service as normal

To ensure the Egress/Knowbe4 Large File Transfer service continue to function without issue, a database upgrade is required. This upgrade is planned to occur on Wednesday December 17,2025 between 19:00 to 20:00.
