Newsletter Feature in Outlook

Newsletters in Outlook helps you create and send structured, professional email like updates, reports and announcements quickly and easily from within Outlook. This feature allows you to build momentum and keep your team informed and engaged.

Each newsletter has a consistent identity and subscriber base. You can publish new editions over time to keep your audience informed and engaged.

Please note when using this feature the default setting of ‘My organisation’ means the Newsletter, and it’s Editions, are visible by all NHS.net account users on the shared tenant. Please consider using “Unlisted” or “Private” instead.

Note

The setting needs to be changed on BOTH the Newsletter and any Editions within the Newsletter.

When using privacy and sharing options in Microsoft 365 tools, the use of “My Organisation” means all NHS.net account holders. This is not a setting most people intend.
Please consider using more private options when setting sharing or visibility options.
