Adding a contact to a Contact list

Add people to a contact list

There are two methods for adding members (email addresses) into a contact list.

Editing a contact list by including members directly from within the list.

1. Select the People icon and then click on Your contact lists in the navigation pane.

 

 

2. Select the contact list you want to add members to and then click Edit.

 

 

3. Enter/search for the members and click Add. Other contact lists can also be included, once finished click Save.

1. Select the People icon and then click on Your contacts in the navigation pane.

2. Choose one or more contacts to add to the list.

 

3. Include them in a list using the Add to list option located on the toolbar, slect the contact list you want to add these contacts to and click on the Add to this list.

 

 

4. You can add the contacts to an existing contact list or select New contact list to add the selected contacts to a new list, and then enter a name for the new contact list.
