Current Status: RESOLVED

Description: We are aware of an issue impacting users trying to assign licenses within a specific user policy. This issue is impacting all licences within that user policy due to an oversubscribed license. Ongoing effort to investigate root cause and provide resolution.

Current Update: 01/11/2025 22:30:00 – Action has been taken to mitigate any impact on organisations utilising the Power Bi Free / Microsoft Fabric Free licence. Local Administrators are now able to update User Policies with Power Bi Free / Microsoft Fabric Free toggled on and create new email accounts for users where the organisational default policy includes Power Bi Free / Microsoft Fabric Free as part of the policy configuration.
