Issue Description: We are aware of an issue where the NHSmail Portal is displaying an error once authenticated via MFA.
Current Update: 30/05/2025 02:15AM – NHSmail Engineers checked all systems and found no root cause, however we did receive confirmation from Microsoft that there was a global outage of MFA and this has been mitigated. We have confirmed with desk agents and affected users that service has been restored.
Desk agents will continue to monitor throughout the morning in case the issue reoccurs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
