Issue Description: Users experienced failures with Create or Get Connection.

Final Update: 21/01/2026 08:51:00 AM –Microsoft have identified that an update being performed within a portion of our backend service infrastructure responsible for Connectors performance interfered with Connectors functionality while it was in progress. This caused failures with Get and Create Connections, as well as higher response times across the service. We performed a scale out operation on the affected portion of the infrastructure to speed up the processing of the update and once it completed, we confirmed that all impact has been recovered.

Preliminary Root Cause: An update being performed within a portion of our backend service infrastructure responsible for Connectors performance interfered with Connectors functionality while it was in progress.

Next Steps: We’re reviewing our standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
