Issue Description: Some users may be unable load new and existing Chats within Notebooks in Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365).

More info: When users attempt to load new and existing Chats, nothing loads, and they encounter a blank white page.

Final Update: 14/11/2025 07:45:00 AM – The investigation is complete and Microsoft have determined the service is healthy.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to load new or existing Chats within Notebooks may be impacted.
