Issue Description: Agents are failing in your environment

More Info: Impacted users may receive the following error message.

“Agent is currently unavailable. It has reached its usage limit. Please try again later”

Final Update: 10/11/2025 16:34:00 AM – The fix deployment has completed, and Microsoft have confirmed, after a period of service health diagnostics monitoring, that this has restored agent functionality.

Scope of impact: Any admin or users attempting to access any Microsoft 365 services with the Microsoft 365 Group Security Enabled set to false may be impacted.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
